The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance, including some great restaurants. The breakfast was impressive, offering a wide selection of options. The room was spotless and well-equipped with a sink, stove, fridge, coffee machine, and a spacious bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The rooftop features a large jacuzzi, plenty of sofas, deck chairs, and a hammock near the bar, providing a perfect spot to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There’s an outdoor area where you can enjoy breakfast, which is ideal for smokers.

Breakfast was the highlight of this hotel. There's literally everything one could want. Staff are also friendly and promptly address any concerns. The rooms are clean and quiet. There's a small gym, which is a good addition for those like me who like this sort of facilities. There's also a nice lounge and a small business centre, which is good for meeting friends, family or colleagues if travelling for work. The hotel is close to the Porta Nuova train station, which is important. The same applies to the underground train station, which is nearby. San Salvario is a nice neighbourhood in which I used to live as an architecture student 20 years ago. You must keep your eyes open at night, but nothing too concerning. I highly recommend this hotel and'll be back next year.

It has private parking and a Tesla charger. Keep in mind that it is a domestic type and it took 7 hours to fully charge a Model Y LR. Very polite staff. Breakfast was decent for the price. Ideal for short stay in the city. Next to the train station and a short walk from the main shopping area.

rooms were spacious, excellent facilities including good hairdryer and a small kitchen for making hot drinks, fridge etc. Very comfortable bed and extremely quiet for a city centre location. Gorgeous sun terrace with a bar and small hot tub style pool. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, especially when our flights home were cancelled. Thanks particularly to Edoardo and Davide on reception.

It was really warm outside (38 degrees), so definitely the pool and the jacuzzi on the rooftop and the good airconditioning. I also liked the games that were available.

Staff were professional & so helpful & kind when our group got stranded after Easyjet cancelled the flight home. Rooms very clean & comfy, little rooftop pool & lounge area a real bonus. Central location was great for sightseeing.

Very modern, quiet and comfortable. Great sized room with fantastic bathroom and facilities! Friendly and helpful staff both in reception, bar and dining room.
